Welcome to our website. Runkle Consulting, Inc. is a structural engineering firm that provides services for investigation and repair design of foundation and structural failures. We provide services to both homeowners and commercial clients. Our firm has provided these services since 2000, and according to our records we have investigated over a thousand structural failures since that time. With these years of experience, we have seen almost every imaginable type of failure, from standard foundation settlement to houses literally sliding down hills. Since we take no “finders fees” or any sort of kick backs from contractors, our interest is in helping you find the best repair possible.

Generally we provide our services on a fixed fee basis. For standard residential investigations in the Atlanta, GA area we charge a flat fee of $375.00, which includes the investigation, a report detailing the problem, a design for the repair, and a list of contractors you can contact.
